Casino Academy has successfully concluded its regular training program aimed at strengthening professionalism within the casino industry. This training focused on more than just acquiring gaming skills; it emphasized a clear understanding of the regulatory environment and legal compliance requirements of the casino sector. In particular, service mindset and ethics training have been significantly expanded to keep pace with the rapidly changing demands of the tourism industry.
Curriculum Structure and Features
This training program consisted of modules on understanding the casino industry, rules and procedures for individual games, and responsible gambling prevention programs. A representative from the Casino Academy emphasized, "For the sustainable development of the industry, the ethical awareness and professional service capabilities of employees are essential." Trainees developed the ability to handle various situations that may arise in the field and learned guidelines to help ensure that casino patrons utilize facilities in a healthy environment.
